We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Closer to join our manufacturing company in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finalizing all mortgage loan transactions by reviewing and verifying loan documents, coordinating with lenders, title companies, and attorneys, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Review and verify all loan documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and attorneys to ensure timely and accurate closing of mortgage loans
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the loan process
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions related to the closing process
- Maintain organized and accurate loan files

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Closer in the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of mortgage loan closing procedures and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan processing software
