We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our Retail team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage lending and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Review and process mortgage loan applications in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Verify and analyze financial information provided by applicants
- Communicate effectively with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to ensure timely processing of loans
- Order and review credit reports, title reports, appraisals, and other necessary documentation
- Ensure all required documents are accurately completed and submitted for underwriting approval
- Keep applicants informed of the status of their loan application throughout the process
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements and internal guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in mortgage lending
- Strong knowledge of mortgage loan processing procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan processing software
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
