We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Museum Manager to oversee the construction and operations of a new museum in Abu Dhabi. The Museum Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the museum, from planning and construction to daily operations and visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the museum's construction and operations
- Oversee the design and construction process, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget
- Manage a team of contractors, architects, and other professionals involved in the construction of the museum
- Coordinate with government authorities and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the museum's daily operations, including visitor services, exhibitions, and educational programs
- Recruit, train, and supervise museum staff to ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract visitors and increase revenue
- Monitor and analyze visitor feedback and attendance data to make improvements to the museum experience
- Manage the museum's budget and financial resources, including fundraising and grant applications

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in museum studies, art history, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in museum management, including experience in construction project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of museum best practices and industry trends
- Experience working with diverse audiences and stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
