We are currently seeking a talented and organized Musician Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Musician Assistant will work closely with musicians in our manufacturing facility to support them in their day-to-day activities and ensure the smooth operation of our music production process.

Responsibilities:
- Assist musicians with setting up and breaking down equipment for rehearsals and performances
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for musicians
- Help musicians with songwriting, arranging, and producing music
- Manage inventory of musical instruments and equipment
- Assist with recording, mixing, and mastering music tracks
- Provide general administrative support to musicians as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Production, or related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience working in the music industry
- Proficiency in music production software such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
