We are seeking a skilled Network Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Network Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and support of our network infrastructure within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
- Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting network issues
- Assisting in the implementation of network security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Collaborating with the IT team to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements
- Providing technical support to end-users and resolving network-related issues in a timely manner
- Assisting in the documentation of network configurations and procedures
- Keeping abreast of new technologies and industry trends to make recommendations for network improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- [X] years of experience in network administration and support
- Experience with Cisco networking equipment and network security protocols
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, and routing protocols
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are a plus
