Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Nutritionist Assistant to join our educational team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will support the nutritionist in developing and implementing nutrition programs, providing educational resources, and assisting in research and data collection. This position is perfect for someone passionate about promoting healthy eating habits and educating others about nutrition, particularly in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the nutritionist in planning, organizing, and implementing nutrition-related programs and activities for students and staff.
- Provide support in the development of educational materials and resources focused on nutrition and healthy eating.
- Conduct research on nutritional science and trends to stay updated with the latest practices and policies.
- Help prepare and deliver presentations, workshops, and seminars on nutrition and wellness topics.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to nutrition programs and student health assessments.
- Provide one-on-one guidance and support to students and staff regarding dietary choices and nutritional needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate nutrition education into the curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records of nutrition-related activities, workshops, and student interactions.
- Respond to inquiries from students and parents regarding nutrition and health-related issues.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote nutrition education and healthy lifestyles.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a nutrition-related role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of nutritional guidelines and dietary recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with nutrition-related software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for promoting health and wellness among students and the community.

Work Environment:
This position will primarily be based in an educational environment, including classrooms, cafeterias, and community outreach settings. The Nutritionist Assistant may also be required to participate in events outside of regular school hours.
