We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health and Safety Technician to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. As an Occupational Health and Safety Technician in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees working in high-risk environments.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations
- Provide safety training to employees and ensure that all safety protocols are followed
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine the root cause and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving workplace safety and health
- Monitor and maintain safety equipment and ensure that it is in good working condition
- Keep up to date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- [X] years of experience in occupational health and safety in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Knowledge of local and international safety regulations and standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
