We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals improve their quality of life through occupational therapy interventions.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist
- Provide individualized care to clients based on their unique needs and goals
- Assist clients in developing and improving their fine motor skills, activities of daily living, and sensory processing abilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care
- Monitor and document client progress and communicate any changes to the supervising occupational therapist
- Educate clients and their families on strategies for maintaining progress outside of therapy sessions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant or related field
- Valid license or certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of current occupational therapy techniques and best practices
