Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Online Community Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a vibrant online community, engaging with stakeholders, and enhancing our brand presence across various digital platforms. This role is critical in connecting with our audience, promoting our projects, and ensuring a positive online experience for all community members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our online community across social media platforms, forums, and other digital channels.
- Regularly interact with community members, responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely manner.
2. Content Creation:
- Create and curate compelling content tailored for our audience, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and multimedia materials that align with our construction projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all content is on-brand and supports business objectives.
3. Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor online conversations and trends related to the construction industry and our brand, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on community engagement metrics, growth, and feedback to inform strategic decisions.
4. Event Coordination:
- Organize and facilitate online events, webinars, and discussions to engage the community and promote our construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and other teams to ensure that online events align with project timelines and goals.
5. Crisis Management:
- Proactively manage any negative feedback or crises within the community, ensuring that issues are addressed quickly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain community guidelines to foster a respectful and constructive environment.
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and project management teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all platforms.
- Liaise with influencers, industry experts, and partners to expand community reach and credibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing, preferably within the construction or related industries.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, online community-building strategies, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, content creation software, and analytics platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and its stakeholders is highly desirable.
