We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and operations support, with a passion for the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and property viewings
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and property listings
- Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist with property inspections and maintenance coordination
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience in office administration or operations support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
