Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Orthopedic Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic care and be dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist orthopedic surgeons in diagnosing and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions
- Prepare patients for surgery by ensuring all necessary tests and paperwork are completed
- Assist with surgeries by handing instruments, holding retractors, and suturing incisions
- Educate patients on post-operative care and rehabilitation exercises
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients
- Assist with casting, splinting, and wound care as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Certified Orthopedic Assistant (COA) preferred

- Strong knowledge of orthopedic procedures and treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
