We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Orthopedic Nurse Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Orthopedic Nurse Assistant, you will work closely with orthopedic nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Assist orthopedic nurses in assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans
- Provide basic patient care, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Assist with mobility exercises and transfers for patients with mobility limitations
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff
- Assist with wound care and dressing changes
- Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and rehabilitation exercises
- Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment
- Follow all hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in orthopedics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Basic computer skills
- BLS certification
- Fluency in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
