We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outdoor Recreation Coordinator to join our Real Estate team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor activities and a strong background in coordinating recreational events and programs.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate outdoor recreational activities for residents and guests of our Real Estate properties in Sharjah
- Develop and implement a variety of outdoor programs, events, and workshops for all age groups
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and instructors to ensure smooth execution of outdoor activities
- Maintain and manage outdoor recreational facilities, equipment, and inventory
- Create and manage a budget for outdoor recreational activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines for all outdoor activities
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote outdoor recreational events and programs
- Collect feedback and evaluate the success of outdoor activities to make improvements for future events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in coordinating outdoor recreational activities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Knowledge of outdoor equipment and safety protocols
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
