We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Outreach Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our outreach efforts to engage with stakeholders and promote our organization's initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing outreach strategies to increase visibility and engagement with key stakeholders in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Support the planning and execution of outreach events, including conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure messaging and branding consistency across all outreach materials.
- Monitor and analyze outreach metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain and update outreach databases to ensure accuracy and relevancy of contact information.
- Provide administrative support to the outreach team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing communication with external partners.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in outreach, marketing, or communications roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense industry is a plus.
