We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outreach Manager to join our construction team based in Sharjah. The Outreach Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to engage with stakeholders, community members, and potential clients to promote our construction projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to promote construction projects and services in Sharjah.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, community members, and potential clients.
- Coordinate outreach events, meetings, and presentations to showcase our construction projects.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create outreach materials and content.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in outreach and community engagement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in outreach, community engagement, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
