We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PR Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai within the construction industry. The PR Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all public relations activities, managing media relations, developing PR campaigns, and ensuring the company's image is maintained in a positive light.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company's reputation and brand awareness.
- Manage all media inquiries and act as the main point of contact for press releases and media interviews.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and journalists.
- Organize press conferences, events, and other PR activities.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
- Manage a team of PR professionals and oversee their day-to-day activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and news to identify PR opportunities.
- Handle crisis communications and manage reputation management strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in PR or communications, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media relations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and PR tools.
- Team management experience is a plus.
