We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patent Agent to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the Agriculture industry. As a Patent Agent, you will be responsible for managing patent applications, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and providing strategic advice on intellectual property matters related to agriculture technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting patent searches and analyses to determine the patentability of new inventions in the agriculture industry
- Drafting and filing patent applications with the relevant patent offices
- Managing the prosecution of patent applications, including responding to office actions and communicating with patent examiners
- Providing strategic advice on intellectual property matters, including patent portfolio management and enforcement
- Collaborating with inventors, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective protection of intellectual property rights
- Keeping abreast of developments in patent law and industry trends in the agriculture sector

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Agriculture, Biotechnology, or Engineering
- Registered Patent Agent with at least 3-5 years of experience working in patent law and intellectual property rights
- Strong knowledge of patent laws and regulations, particularly in the agriculture industry
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in using patent databases and software tools
- Experience working with inventors and attorneys to develop patent strategies
