We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Patent Paralegal to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Information Technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patent law and experience working in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting preliminary patent searches and analyzing patent databases
- Drafting and filing patent applications with the relevant authorities
- Managing patent portfolios and maintaining accurate records of all patents
- Assisting attorneys with patent prosecution and litigation matters
- Conducting legal research and preparing legal documents related to patent law
- Communicating with clients, patent examiners, and other stakeholders regarding patent matters
- Assisting with patent infringement analysis and enforcement actions
- Providing support for patent licensing and technology transfer agreements
- Keeping abreast of changes in patent laws and regulations in the UAE and internationally

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working as a patent paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Proficiency in conducting patent searches and using patent databases
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of UAE patent law and procedures is a plus
- Experience in Information Technology patent matters is preferred
