We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, as well as a solid understanding of wage and hour laws. This position is based in the retail sector, so previous experience in a similar industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system
- Calculate and process deductions for benefits, taxes, and other withholdings
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
- Address any payroll-related inquiries or issues from employees
- Stay current on wage and hour laws to ensure compliance
- Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- [X] years of experience in payroll administration
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
