We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll on a bi-monthly basis for all employees, including calculating overtime, commissions, bonuses, and deductions
- Verify and reconcile timesheets and attendance records
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Prepare and distribute paychecks or arrange for direct deposit
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data
- Assist with payroll tax filings and audits
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate reporting and budgeting

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- [X] years of experience in payroll processing
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong understanding of payroll best practices and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
