We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pest Control Supervisor to join our team in Dubai within the pharmaceutical industry. The Pest Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of pest control within our facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pest control strategies to prevent and eradicate pests within the pharmaceutical facilities
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential pest infestations and take appropriate action
- Coordinate with external pest control vendors to schedule and execute pest control treatments as needed
- Train and supervise pest control technicians to ensure proper handling of chemicals and adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of pest control activities, including treatment schedules, pest sightings, and chemical usage
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pest control measures and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to address any pest-related issues that may impact operations or product quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in biology, environmental science, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in pest control management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of pest control methods, chemicals, and regulations
- Certification in pest control management is preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
