We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Phlebotomist Assistant to join our Education institution in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist the Phlebotomist in collecting blood samples from students and staff for various medical tests and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Phlebotomist in preparing the necessary equipment and supplies for blood collection.
- Greet and prepare students and staff for blood collection procedures.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as maintaining accurate records of blood samples collected.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the blood collection area.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of students, staff, and yourself during blood collection procedures.
- Provide support to the Phlebotomist as needed during blood collection procedures.
- Assist in the transportation of blood samples to the laboratory for testing.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in phlebotomy or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Phlebotomist Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

This is a full-time position based in Dubai, UAE. The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience.
