We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to join our team in Dubai within the Energy sector. The Physical Therapy Aide will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to assist with patient care and rehabilitation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists in providing treatment to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques
- Set up and maintain therapy equipment and ensure a clean and safe treatment environment
- Monitor and report patient progress to the physical therapist
- Schedule appointments and assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Provide encouragement and support to patients during their rehabilitation process
- Adhere to all safety and confidentiality protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or training as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
