We are seeking a talented and experienced Piping Designer to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing piping systems for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and layout piping systems for water supply, drainage, HVAC, and fire protection in accordance with project requirements and local codes
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of piping systems within building designs
- Conduct site visits to assess existing piping systems and propose upgrades or modifications as needed
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for piping systems using AutoCAD or similar design software
- Coordinate with suppliers to select appropriate piping materials and components for each project
- Review and approve shop drawings and submittals from contractors to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases to resolve any piping-related issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- [X] years of experience in piping design for Real Estate projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Dubai
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
