We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Breeder to join our team in Al Ain. As a Plant Breeder, you will be responsible for developing new plant varieties with improved traits and characteristics for our financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and experiments to develop new plant varieties that are more resistant to diseases and pests
- Collaborating with other plant breeders, geneticists, and researchers to identify and incorporate desirable traits into new plant varieties
- Utilizing advanced breeding techniques such as genetic modification and marker-assisted selection to accelerate the breeding process
- Conducting field trials to evaluate the performance of new plant varieties under different environmental conditions
- Analyzing and interpreting data to identify promising plant varieties for further development
- Writing reports and presenting findings to stakeholders within the financial services industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Plant Breeding, Genetics, Agriculture, or a related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in plant breeding or related research
- Strong knowledge of plant genetics, breeding techniques, and molecular biology
- Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
