We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Operations Program Manager to join our manufacturing facility in Sharjah. The Plant Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize plant performance and maximize production output.
- Monitor and analyze plant operations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead and supervise a team of plant operators and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, procurement, and supply chain logistics to maintain optimal levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Prepare and present regular reports on plant performance, including key metrics, KPIs, and operational challenges.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
