We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Operations Program Manager to join our team in Sharjah within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, operations, and leadership to oversee the plant operations and ensure the successful execution of all programs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize plant operations and meet production goals
- Manage and oversee all aspects of program execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Lead a team of operations professionals to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in plant operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues or challenges in program execution
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards to maintain a safe and productive working environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
