Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumbing Technician to join our dynamic team in the Real Estate sector in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a dedication to providing high-quality service to our clients. This position involves performing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks across various residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Maintenance:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure all plumbing installations comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Troubleshooting & Repair:
- Diagnose plumbing issues using appropriate tools and techniques to determine the cause of leaks, clogs, or other malfunctions.
- Perform necessary repairs or replacements of faulty plumbing components, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
- Customer Service:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective service.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including invoices, service reports, and inventory of materials used.
- Provide clients with detailed estimates and timelines for plumbing projects.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other tradespeople, such as electricians and contractors, to complete projects efficiently.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Stay updated on the latest plumbing technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Experience in the real estate sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or certification in plumbing is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Licenses:
- Valid UAE driver's license is required.
- Plumbing certification or license as per UAE regulations is preferred.
