We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Political Campaign Organizer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in political campaigning, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive political campaign strategies to support the interests of the pharmaceutical industry in Dubai
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and community organizations
- Organize and coordinate political events, rallies, and fundraisers to promote our campaign objectives
- Conduct research and analysis on political issues affecting the pharmaceutical industry and provide recommendations for advocacy efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign messaging and goals
- Monitor and track campaign progress and provide regular updates to leadership

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in political campaigning, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of the political landscape in Dubai and the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and campaign management tools
