We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our construction team in Al Ain. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and a proven track record of successfully managing large and complex portfolios.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement portfolio management strategies to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and issues and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal project outcomes
- Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in construction project management, with a minimum of [X] years in a portfolio management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex construction portfolios
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
