### Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Postal Worker specializing in Information Technology to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the technological aspects of our postal operations, ensuring efficient communication and package delivery services across the region.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Technological Support: Provide technical support for postal operations, including the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and software used for tracking and managing postal services.

- Data Management: Oversee data entry and the management of postal information systems. Ensure that all data related to shipments, customer information, and operational metrics are accurately recorded and maintained.

- System Optimization: Collaborate with IT teams to enhance existing postal software and implement new technologies that improve operational efficiency, such as automated sorting systems and digital tracking solutions.

- Customer Service: Assist in responding to customer inquiries related to postal services and technology. This includes addressing issues related to tracking packages, system errors, and service disruptions.

- Training and Support: Train postal staff on the use of IT systems and tools. Provide ongoing support to ensure that all employees are proficient in using the technology that underpins postal operations.

- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on operational performance, customer satisfaction, and system effectiveness. Use these insights to recommend improvements and enhancements.

- Compliance: Ensure all IT practices comply with relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and cybersecurity protocols.

- Collaborative Projects: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new IT initiatives that support business goals and enhance customer experience.

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or management, preferably in a logistics or postal environment.
- Strong knowledge of postal operations and technologies, including automated sorting systems and package tracking software.
- Proficient in data management and analysis, with experience in generating reports and using analytical tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Experience in training and supporting staff in the use of IT systems.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and data protection regulations.
