We are seeking a skilled Power Plant Operator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Power Plant Operator will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of power generation equipment in an agricultural setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor power plant equipment including boilers, generators, turbines, and auxiliary systems
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor and adjust plant operations to maintain efficiency and safety standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during operation
- Maintain accurate records of plant operations and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the power plant
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
