We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Operations Program Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our construction projects and ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and evaluate project progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to allocate resources effectively
- Analyze project data and prepare reports for senior management
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize project performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Manage project budgets and expenses to ensure profitability

Requirements:
