We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Principal Assistant to support the leadership team in our Aerospace and Defense company based in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-level administrative support and managing complex calendars and schedules.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the schedules and calendars of the leadership team
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Conduct research and compile reports as needed
- Draft and edit correspondence and documents
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for the leadership team
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned
- Provide general administrative support to the leadership team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
