We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Print Production Coordinator to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing print projects from start to finish and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality printed materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather print requirements and specifications for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, signage, and promotional items.
- Work closely with external vendors, such as printers and graphic designers, to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and oversee the production process.
- Manage print production schedules to ensure deadlines are met and materials are delivered on time.
- Review proofs and samples for accuracy, consistency, and quality control.
- Maintain inventory of printed materials and supplies, and reorder as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative print solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in print production coordination, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design software.
- Knowledge of printing processes and techniques.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
