Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Print Production Coordinator to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the print production process from concept to completion, ensuring that all printed materials meet the company's quality standards and project deadlines. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:
- Oversee the entire print production process, including planning, coordination, and execution of all printing projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, and project management) to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of printed materials.

2. Vendor Coordination:
- Source and negotiate with print vendors to obtain quotes, timelines, and samples for various projects.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality and reliability in print production.

3. Quality Assurance:
- Review proofs and ensure that all printed materials meet branding guidelines and quality standards before final approval.
- Conduct quality checks on final printed products to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.

4. Budget Management:
- Monitor and manage the print production budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.
- Track expenses and provide regular reports to management on print production costs.

5. Inventory Management:
- Maintain an organized inventory of printed materials and supplies, ensuring that all items are readily available for projects.
- Coordinate reorders and inventory assessments as necessary to prevent shortages.

6. Collaboration and Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all print production inquiries and updates.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors to ensure project alignment and efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status, timelines, and any potential challenges.

7. Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve print production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in print technology to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Print Production, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in print production coordination or a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of print production processes, materials, and techniques.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.
