We are seeking a skilled and experienced Private Equity Analyst to join our team in Sharjah, focusing on investments in the Aerospace and Defense sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the Aerospace and Defense sector, including financial modeling, industry research, and competitive analysis.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on target companies, assessing their financial performance, market positioning, and growth prospects.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for investment committee review.
- Monitor and track the performance of portfolio companies, identifying opportunities for value creation and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with the investment team to develop and execute investment strategies that align with the firm's objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics in the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. CFA or MBA is a plus.
- [X] years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance, preferably with exposure to the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to a diverse audience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
