### Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Private Investigator Assistant to join our growing team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our private investigation efforts in the realm of Information Technology. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices.

### Key Responsibilities

- Data Analysis: Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting digital data from various sources including computers, smartphones, and online platforms. Utilize software tools to extract relevant information for investigations.

- Research: Conduct thorough investigations using online databases, social media, and other digital platforms to gather intelligence on subjects of interest.

- Surveillance Support: Help plan and execute surveillance operations, including the use of technology to monitor digital activities and communications.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of investigative processes, findings, and relevant documentation. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the lead investigator, summarizing findings and conclusions.

- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance in the use of IT tools and software utilized in investigations. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and tools that can enhance investigative efforts.

- Client Communication: Liaise with clients to gather information and provide updates on ongoing investigations, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.

- Compliance: Ensure all investigative activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

### Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in private investigation, cybersecurity, IT forensics, or law enforcement.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in using investigative software, online research tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, data recovery techniques, and digital forensics is a plus.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions based on data.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Ethical Standards: Strong sense of ethics and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of work.
