Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Probation Officer to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The Probation Officer will be responsible for working with individuals who have been placed on probation or parole as an alternative to incarceration. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to develop rehabilitation plans, monitor their progress, and provide support and guidance to help them successfully reintegrate into society.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments to evaluate the needs and risks of clients
- Develop individualized rehabilitation plans in collaboration with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
- Monitor clients' compliance with probation conditions and provide support and guidance as needed
- Coordinate services and referrals to help clients access healthcare, mental health, substance abuse treatment, and other support services
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress, address challenges, and adjust rehabilitation plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and documentation
- Collaborate with other probation officers, law enforcement agencies, and community organizations to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and the community
- Participate in training and professional development activities to stay current on best practices in probation and rehabilitation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, or a related field
- [X] years of experience working in probation, parole, or a related field
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, mental health treatment, and substance abuse intervention
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and in high-stress situations
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
