We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Process Improvement Analyst to join our Telecommunications team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, data analysis, and project management.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and increase efficiency
- Conduct data analysis to track key performance metrics and identify trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Create and maintain documentation of new processes and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements
- Provide training and support to team members on new processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- [X] years of experience in process improvement, data analysis, or project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of Telecommunications industry trends and best practices
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
