We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements within our manufacturing operations to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements
- Train and mentor staff on new processes and procedures
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
