Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Development Manager to join our healthcare organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative programs that enhance the quality of healthcare services. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in program management, healthcare operations, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Development:
- Design, develop, and implement healthcare programs that align with organizational goals and meet community needs.
- Conduct market research and needs assessments to identify gaps in services and opportunities for program expansion.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure programs are evidence-based and adhere to best practices in healthcare.

2. Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of healthcare programs from inception to completion.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor program performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, government agencies, and community organizations.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and public forums.

4. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor program development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to staff involved in program implementation.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all programs comply with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Implement quality assurance processes to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare for and participate in audits and accreditation processes.

6. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Identify funding opportunities and assist in grant writing and proposal development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development or project management within the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing healthcare programs and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
