We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Program Manager Assistant in our manufacturing facility in Dubai. The Program Manager Assistant will work closely with the Program Manager to support various projects and initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Manager in planning, organizing, and executing various programs and projects within the manufacturing facility
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, and work with the Program Manager to develop solutions
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the manufacturing facility
- Provide administrative support to the Program Manager, including scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration on project objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in project management or program coordination, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations is a plus
