We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Appraiser Assistant to join our team in the healthcare industry in Dubai. The Property Appraiser Assistant will work closely with the Property Appraiser to assess the value of various healthcare properties, including hospitals, clinics, and medical offices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Appraiser in conducting on-site inspections of healthcare properties to gather relevant data and information.
- Research and analyze market trends, comparable properties, and other factors that may impact the value of healthcare properties.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation outlining the appraisal process and findings.
- Assist in communicating appraisal findings to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to obtain additional information or expertise related to property appraisals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
- [Random number] years of experience in property appraisal, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate valuation methodologies and principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and appraisal software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
