We are currently seeking a Property Management Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the healthcare industry. As a Property Management Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our healthcare facility properties to ensure they are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize the value and performance of healthcare facility properties
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage tenant relationships and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repair work
- Monitor property budgets, expenses, and financial performance to ensure profitability
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in property management to make informed decisions
- Provide recommendations for property improvements and renovations to enhance property value

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management within the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
