Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will work with individuals in the real estate industry who may be struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress related to their work.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals in the real estate industry
- Provide medication management and monitoring for clients with mental health disorders
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including therapists and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Offer counseling and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges
- Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Stay current on advancements in psychiatric care and treatment modalities

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatric-mental health
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Abu Dhabi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of mental health assessment and treatment techniques
- Fluency in English, Arabic language skills would be a plus
