Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Public Defender to work specifically in the field of Agriculture in Dubai. As a Public Defender, you will be responsible for providing legal representation and advocacy for individuals and organizations involved in agricultural disputes and legal issues. You will work to ensure that clients receive fair and just treatment in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters related to agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and appeals related to agricultural disputes.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on matters such as land rights, water rights, environmental regulations, and labor laws in the agriculture industry.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients in agricultural disputes.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients' cases and develop strategies for defense.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals, experts, and stakeholders in the agriculture industry to gather evidence and build strong cases for clients.
- Advocate for clients' rights and interests in various legal forums, including administrative hearings, mediation sessions, and public forums.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the agriculture industry in Dubai and provide guidance to clients accordingly.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- Licensed to practice law in Dubai.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on agricultural law preferred.
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to agriculture in Dubai.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages preferred.
