Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi’s manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our company’s public image and maintaining strong relationships with media, customers, and stakeholders. This position requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for public relations and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Media Relations:
- Develop and maintain relationships with local, national, and industry-specific media outlets.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communications materials.
- Coordinate media inquiries and manage interview requests.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on public perception and media trends.

2. Content Creation:
- Create engaging content for various platforms including the company website, social media channels, newsletters, and corporate publications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content development.
- Proofread and edit materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

3. Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, press conferences, and community outreach initiatives.
- Assist in the development of event themes, agendas, and promotional materials.
- Manage logistics, including venue selection, catering, and attendee communications.

4. Strategic Communication:
- Support the development and execution of the annual public relations strategy.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns and initiatives, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in crisis communication planning and response strategies.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry associations, community groups, and government agencies.
- Engage with employees to promote internal communications and ensure alignment with the company’s messaging.

6. Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and audience insights to inform PR strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on public relations activities and their impact on brand perception.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in public relations or communications, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of media relations, content creation, and event management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
