We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Publishing Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry and a strong passion for publishing and content creation.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the creation and editing of content for various publications, including reports, articles, and marketing materials
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy of content
- Manage the production schedule and deadlines for publications
- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines
- Assist in the design and layout of publications using software such as Adobe InDesign
- Maintain an organized library of published materials for easy access and reference
- Assist in the development and implementation of publishing strategies to reach target audiences
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in publishing and content creation

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in publishing, content creation, or a related field
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of publishing software such as Adobe InDesign is a plus

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense industry is preferred
