### Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. This role is critical in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance methodologies, along with excellent analytical skills.

### Key Responsibilities

- Quality Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications. Document findings and report any discrepancies to the Quality Assurance Manager.

- Testing and Evaluation: Assist in the testing and evaluation of raw materials and finished products. Ensure that all tests are performed in accordance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality control inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports. Assist in updating and managing quality assurance documentation, including manuals, procedures, and guidelines.

- Process Improvement: Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes. Participate in root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective actions.

- Training Support: Provide support in training production staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices. Assist in developing training materials and conducting workshops as needed.

- Compliance Monitoring: Help ensure compliance with local and international quality standards and regulations. Participate in internal audits and assist in preparation for external audits.

- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare reports for management review.

- Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality-related issues and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.

### Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and industry regulations. Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.

- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high quality standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and quality management software.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.

- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse groups.
